| The Contractors Examining Board (CEB) hears complaints brought by local government, individuals or other contractors against contractors or unlicensed people performing work. The CEB is made up of contractors and non-contractors appointed for two year terms by the County Commission. They are assisted by Monroe County Building Department staff members.
